- Was there anything you didn't like?The facility is old and deteriorating. They don’t have any rooms with two queen beds. I checked in and the guy gave me a wrong room purposely to stall while the maid was cleaning another room. You can see the entire rooms within the hotel from the parking lot. I walked back to the lobby and the guy hands me another room key stating he gave me the wrong room. I get to the second room and there was nothing in there no towels not even two beds that I reserved for. The solution, he asked a guy that had already checked into a room with two beds to leave to another room. We walk into that room and there were only two full size beds. The room reserved was for two queen bed room. I walked back to get a refund. He said he’ll send a message to his boss. I waited and waited for a response and finally was told I probably won’t get the refund tonight since it’ll take 7-10 days to process. I left the facility after that. I finally get an email via Oyo(the management company) stating no refund will be provided since I checked out of the hotel. I wasn’t even in the room for two minutes before I asked for a refund. To make matters worse, I booked this hotel room with the Oyo company and with booking.com on the same night due to a glitch in oyo’s website. I processed the reservation on oyo but the page went blank. I checked my email and no confirmation email was sent. I needed a room with two queen beds so I went to booking .com to reserve a two queen size bed room. In the morning, I got a text from oyo stating my original reservation was processed. On booking.com, you can request a free refund by sending a message to management. It was denied by management. When I asked the front desk person about the issue he said to go online. I told him my request was denied from his management company. He said he’ll ask his boss. So finally I got two denied request for refunds to a hotel room I never stayed at. Stay away from here. You’ll regret booking a room here.
