- What did you like most?hotel was decent, clean, comfortable,
- Was there anything you didn't like?The manager and front desk staff made the mistake of charging me for an additional room, then tried to lie and blame the situation on booking, claiming that they were the ones who issues the refund and cancelation. Once i got booking on the phone they confirmed that they only charged me once and they don't provide the refund. They were BLATENTLY lying. VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
