- What did you like most?The pillows.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We booked and paid for two nights but checked out after the first night due to multiple issues. The windows had inadequate curtains, leaving the room brightly lit throughout the night, and traffic noise was loud and clearly audible. The comforter was damaged with holes that resembled burn marks, despite the room being designated non-smoking. The shower water did not remain warm for more than five minutes. The ice machine required a 50-cent fee but was broken anyway, and there was no functional vending machine—the only one on site was old and out of order. Overall, the room felt extremely small and claustrophobic. We checked out at 6:00 a.m. and informed the manager that we would not be staying the second night. He stated that a refund for the unused night was not possible. At that point, we accepted the loss and chose to leave rather than stay another night under those conditions.
