- What did you like most?It was close to the airport about 5 minutes
- Was there anything you didn't like?Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable expectations. The hotel itself appears dated and in need of renovation. More concerning was the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, I found a plastic knife left behind the bed. The shower head holder was also broken and appeared to have been loosely wrapped or temporarily secured rather than properly repaired. I had to go to the front desk to request that it be fixed. While I was at the front desk, I observed two guests checking out early and stating that their room smelled strongly of marijuana. I had specifically reserved a king-size room; however, the bed provided was noticeably smaller and appeared closer to a full-size bed, certainly not what was advertised. What made the experience stand out even more was that a close friend of mine stayed the same weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn near the Phoenix airport. I visited that property during my trip, and the difference was significant. The Hilton was clean, modern, quiet, and well-maintained. The contrast between the two stays, during the same weekend in the same area, was striking. I understand that standards can vary between properties, but this stay fell well below expectations based on the brand and listing

- What did you like most?Honestly one of the best all-around hotel stays I’ve had in a while. Everything just clicked: spotless and modern room, incredibly comfortable bed (slept like a rock every night), friendly and genuinely helpful staff, solid breakfast with plenty of fresh options, quiet despite being central, and nice little touches like good water pressure, fast Wi-Fi, and a gym that was actually usable. No major complaints at all — it delivered on every level. Would happily return and already recommending it to friends. 10/10 stay.
